This lovely patient came in for her second lip filler session — her first was about 6 months ago, where we started modestly with half a syringe. She recently returned to add a bit more volume and hydration, and we added another half syringe for a total of 1 mL.
I personally believe that building lip filler gradually over time allows you to start small so you can achieve a soft, balanced, and natural result.
