Overview

Radiesse®️ is a calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) biostimulatory filler designed to restore structure, define contours, and stimulate collagen for long-term improvement. It provides immediate lifting with continued skin regeneration over time, resulting in firmer, smoother, more youthful skin.

Radiesse®️ contains CaHA microspheres suspended in a gel carrier.

  • Over the next months, the CaHA particles stimulate the body to produce collagen and elastin.

  • Avoid alcohol 24h
  • Avoid NSAIDs/blood thinners 5–7 days (if approved by doctor)
  • Hydrate well
  • Do not come with active infection or illness
  • No pressure or massage for 24h (unless instructed otherwise)
  • Avoid exercise, heat, sauna for 24h
  • Avoid dental work for 2 weeks
  • For hyperdilute Radiesse®️: mild swelling in neck or body areas is normal
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Autoimmune flare-ups (case-by-case)
  • Infection in treatment area
  • Allergy to components
  • Not recommended for lips or tear troughs
  • Is Radiesse®️ permanent? No, but collagen stimulation creates long-lasting improvement.
  • Is it good for sagging lower face? Yes, excellent for structure and lift.
  • Does it feel hard? Initial firmness softens as collagen integrates.
  • Can it be dissolved? No — CaHA cannot be dissolved. Choose a qualified injector.
